Distinct Photography is owned and operated by Kyle Schwartz. I’ve been involved in photography since high school, but my path into real estate media began while working inside a real estate office on the North Fork of Long Island. While helping with social media and marketing, I started photographing listings for agents and quickly found my niche in real estate photography.

That early experience working directly with agents shaped how I approach every shoot today. I understand how important it is to accurately represent a property while still making it look bright, inviting, and true to life. My goal is to create clean, consistent media that helps listings stand out and attract buyers without over-editing or misrepresenting a space.

After relocating to Rhode Island, I started Distinct Photography to provide agents with dependable, high-quality real estate media they can rely on. I offer professional photography, floor plans, drone imagery, and video, with a strong focus on consistency, punctuality, and overall quality. Every property is photographed with care and attention to detail, regardless of size or price point.

Distinct Photography is a solo operation, which means you work directly with me from start to finish. I show up on time, communicate clearly, and always put my clients’ needs first. Whether it’s your first listing or your hundredth, my goal is to make the process straightforward and reliable so you can focus on your clients while I handle the media.
